Painting Recreation Questions

Where is the light coming from?
The light is coming from the side of the model.
How can you duplicate that light?
I will make sure the sun is facing the model while also creating a small shadow on her back.
What other non-clothing elements appear in the painting that you will need to duplicate?
I will try my best to look for a model with blond hair (preferably with her hair up in a bun). I will also need for my model to be on a field with some flowers around.
What kind of angles did the painter use to compose the image?
The painter took this picture from above the model.
What clothing will you need to acquire/create to duplicate the painting?
I will need my model to wear a white (some-what long sleeve) shirt.
Who would be a good model?
I am thinking Olivia would be a good model.
List the details you see in the painting, specifically the things the model will be wearing, poses they will need to hold, etc?
- they will need to hold a flower
- they will need to be on their stomach
- they will need to be looking at the flower they picked
- they will need to be wearing a white shirt
- they will need to be surrounded by flowers on a field it
What will be the three most difficult things to duplicate, in your opinion?
The lighting, finding an area with a variety of flowers (since they are not in season), and having my model wear a long, white sleeve shirt.

Where is the light coming from?
It is directly on the subject.
How can you duplicate that light?
I will have to evenly distribute the light on the subject by putting the light directly on the subject.
What other non-clothing elements appear in the painting that you will need to duplicate?
I will need to duplicate the position of the model and have my model holding an ice cream cone.
What kind of angles did the painter use to compose the image?
The painter was directly in front of the subject.
What clothing will you need to acquire/create to duplicate the painting?
I will need a blue/green swimsuit or dress.
Who would be a good model?
I think my cousin would be a good model.
List the details you see in the painting, specifically the things the model will be wearing, poses they will need to hold, etc?
- the hair style (half up and half down)
- the outfit
- the lighting
- the position
- the facial expression (semi-serious)
What will be the three most difficult things to duplicate, in your opinion?
The lighting, the hair style, and the outfit would be the most difficult to duplicate.

Where is the light coming from?
The lighting is coming from a window.
How can you duplicate that light?
I will have to use the light from a window.
What other non-clothing elements appear in the painting that you will need to duplicate?
Cloth draped on the window and pairs on the bed beside the model.
What kind of angles did the painter use to compose the image?
The painter used a side profile.
What clothing will you need to acquire/create to duplicate the painting?
I will need my model to wear a long, dark colored dress.
Who would be a good model?
I think my mother would be a good model.
List the details you see in the painting, specifically the things the model will be wearing, poses they will need to hold, etc?
- red cloth over the window
- the bed with pairs
- the model needs to be holding and looking at the phone
- her expression (needs to be serious)
What will be the three most difficult things to duplicate, in your opinion?
The lighting, the outfit, and an area with similar colors.
